Town of West Jefferson Board of Adjustment Hearing The Board of Adjustment for the Town of West Jefferson will hold a public hearing on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2023, AT 5:30 PM at West Jefferson Town Hall located at 01 S. Jefferson Ave., West Jefferson, NC 28694. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comment on the proposed special use permit for 1106 S Jefferson Ave. to allow the property to be used for short term rentals. This hearing is necessary for the Board of Adjustment to issue/not issue the special use permit. This meeting is open to the public.
