Notice of Service Availability IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RIVERSTREET NETWORKS TELEPHONE SERVICE AFFORDABLE CONNECTIVITY PROGRAM LIFELINE PROGRAM The Federal Communications Commission requires RiverStreet Networks to provide certain information to its customers on an annual basis. The information in this notice may change in the future. Customers receiving service as part of a commercial account, bulk rate or similar arrangement may be subject to separate policies or procedures. Local Telephone Service, Affordable Connectivity Program and Lifeline Program. The federal Universal Service Fund (USF) is money collected from telecommunications companies dedicated to fulfilling the goals of universal service. The Universal Service Fund was created by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and established by law in 1934 to provide access to a baseline level of telecommunications services for all consumers in the United States. At RiverStreet Networks, the base rate for local phone service is $22.80. Broadband services are included in the Universal Service Fund with costs starting at $70 month. Internet rates and speeds may vary depending on availability. RiverStreet Networks participates in the following government benefit programs: Lifeline Program and Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). Both programs are a government benefit program that offer a discount for eligible low-income customers who have residential voice or broadband services. Qualified lifeline customers, can receive a federal monthly support of $9.25 for broadband service or $5.25 for phone only service. The ACP program is available for eligible households to receive up to a $30 discount per month on internet service (up to $75 for qualified tribal lands).
