Request for Bids Notice Pursuant 45 CFR § 74.44 and 2 CFR § 200.320, Appalachian District Health Department dba AppHealthCare is issuing this request for proposals to contract an agency to create short public health videos educating the public on a variety of environmental health processes. This contract is federally funded through the “CDC Crisis Response Cooperative Agreement: Covid-19 Public Health Workforce” grant established under the American Rescue Plan Act.
