Creston United Methodist Church will host a Community Easter Sunrise Service on Easter Sunday, April 9 at 7 a.m. The location will be Sunrise Overlook, Mount Jefferson State Natural Area. The service is free and open to the public. Following the service at 9 a.m., everyone is invited to join us for breakfast at the Creston United Methodist Church next to the volunteer fire department in Creston. The breakfast will be provided for free by members of our congregation. The church will also offer Bible study at 9:45 a.m. and worship service and communion starting at 11 a.m. In case of inclement weather, the Easter Sunrise Service will be canceled but the breakfast will still be served and the services at Creston UMC will still be conducted.
