Mission Home Baptist Church’s Vacation Bible School, “In The Wild: Amazing Encounters with Jesus” will run from June 22-30. Kickoff will be June 22 from noon to 3 p.m. and feature hotdogs, activities, water games and more. The VBS schedule will be as follows: at 5:15 p.m. Monday through Friday there will be a light supper, followed by classes at 6 p.m. Classes are available for participants from birth through 99. Calvary Free Will Baptist Church

The 1950s when drive-ins, diners and poodle skirts were all the rage. Enjoy the simpler times once more and reminisce around the old soda shop. You’ll have a blast reliving the past, but you’ll also learn that Rock of yesteryear is still the Rock that rolls away your sin. We offer classes for all ages, from nursery to senior adults, and local area transportation to and from the church is available by request. Dinner will be provided each night, so you’ll not have to worry about anything. Just come out and enjoy music, crafts, skits and our uniquely themed Bible studies. And, every child attending will receive their own free Calvary VBS t-shirt. Bring the children and teens to Calvary Free Will Baptist Church in Glendale Springs on Sunday, June 30 for “Youth Sunday.” We take seriously our role in discipling succeeding generations for Christ. Every fifth Sunday is designed to support our young people and provide areas of involvement in God’s kingdom where they can impact others. We begin at 10 a.m. with a special Sunday school program under the direction of our Young Adult Ministry.
