The following information was provided by the Ashe County Sheriff’s Office. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

July 5

Dustin S. Gilley, 32, of Jefferson, was charged with assault on a female and cyberstalking. Gilley was released July 5 under a $0 unsecured bond.

July 7

Kristy E. Greene-Romans, 40, of Fleetwood, was charged with two probation violations. Greene-Romans was released July 8 under a $2,500 secured bond and a $10,000 secured bond.

Shay E. Hamm, 18, of Creston, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. Hamm was released July 8 under a $2,500 secured bond.

Miranda V. Miller, 26, was charged with misdemeanor larceny. Miller was released July 9 under a $1,500 secured bond.

Emmanuel M. Pennington, 22, of West Jefferson, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license revoked, driving/allowing a motor vehicle with no registration, operating a vehicle with no insurance and expired inspection sticker. Pennington was released July 7 under a $1,000 secured bond.

July 8

Wanda L. Dillard, 65, of Jefferson, was charged with misdemeanor larceny. Dillard was released July 8 under a $1,000 secured bond.

July 9

Kellie D. Dolinger, 35, of Mountain City, Tenn., was charged with simple assault. Dolinger was released July 9 under a $500 secured bond.

Billy C. Foster, 38, of Wilkesboro, was charged with interfering with emergency communications and injury to personal property. Foster is being held at the Ashe County Detention Center under a $1,000 secured bond.

Steven M. McDonald, 36, of Jefferson, was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, breaking and or entering, larceny after breaking/entering, possession of a weapon of mass destruction and possession of a schedule II controlled substance. McDonald is being held at the Ashe County Detention Center under a $50,000 secured bond.

July 10

Harold L. Church, 50, of Laurel Springs, was charged with two counts of violating a domestic violence protection order. Church is being held at the Ashe County Detention Center under a $1,000 secured bond.

Suzanne H. Revels, 58, of West Jefferson, was charged with simple assault. Revels was released July 10 under a $500 unsecured bond.

July 11

Keelan L. Davis, 30, of Lansing, was charged with driving while impaired. Davis was released July 12 under a $1,500 secured bond.

Joni A. Farmer, 37, of Jefferson, was charged with misdemeanor larceny. Farmer was released July 11 under a $0 unsecured bond.

Michael A. Horton, 49, of Jefferson, was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiring to traffic methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, selling methamphetamine, delivering methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver methamphetamine, maintaining place for a controlled substance and two counts of trafficking methamphetamine. Horton is being held at the Ashe County Detention Center under an $800,000 secured bond.

Rosendo P. Lopez, 34, of West Jefferson, was charged with driving while impaired. Lopez was released July 12 under a written promise.

Roy R. Wilson III, 27, of Boone, was charged with a probation violation and a parole violation. Wilson is being held at the Ashe County Detention Center under a $25,000 secured bond and no bond.

July 12

Richard E. McCurdy, 53, of Crumpler, was charged with cruelty to animals, abandonment of an animal and a felony probation violation out of county. McCurdy is being held at the Ashe County Detention Center under a $10,000 secured bond and a $2,500 secured bond.
