The following information was provided by the Ashe County Sheriff’s Office. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Jan. 31

Coty J. Collins, 28, of Jefferson, was charged with a probation violation and simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. Collins is being held at the Ashe County Detention Center under a $500 secured bond and a $7,500 secured bond.

Hunter M. J. Harris, 18, of West Jefferson, was charged with being intoxicated and disruptive. Harris is being held at the Ashe County Detention Center under a $500 secured bond.

Feb. 2

Travis S. Clayton, 38, of Roxboro, was charged with IV-D non-support of child. Clayton was released Feb. 5 under a $200 cash bond.

Jessica L. Eastridge, 20, of Laurel Springs, was charged with driving while impaired and driving after consuming. Eastridge was released Feb. 2 under a written promise.

Keith N. Foster, 27, of Todd, was charged with breaking or entering. Foster was released Feb. 3 under a $2,500 secured bond.

Caleb A. Prichard, 22, of Todd, was charged with carrying a concealed gun. Prichard was released Feb. 5 under a $300 cash bond.

Feb. 3

Michael A. Calhoun, 57, of Jefferson, was charged with setting fire to grass/brushland/woodland of another. Calhoun is being held at the Ashe County Detention Center under a $500 secured bond.

Brenda V. Shepherd, 40, of Laurel Springs, was charged with simple assault. Shepherd was released Feb. 3 under a written promise.

Lloyd A. Testerman Jr., 30, of Jefferson, was charged with violating a domestic violence protection order. Testerman was released Feb. 3 under a $1,000 secured bond.

Feb. 4

Tuesday A. Greene, 19, of Boone, was charged with misdemeanor larceny. Greene was released Feb. 6 under a $500 secured bond.

Timothy G. Lemly Jr., 34, of Fleetwood, was charged with three counts of selling methamphetamine and three counts of delivering methamphetamine. Lemly was released Feb. 5 under a $80,000 secured bond.

Feb. 5

Amber M. Amon, 24, of Creston, was charged with breaking or entering. Amon is being held at the Ashe County Detention Center under a $2,500 secured bond.

Evelyn V. Powers, 34, of Eden, was charged with three probation violations. Powers is being held at the Ashe County Detention Center under a $15,000 cash bond.
