The following information was provided by the Ashe County Sheriff’s Office. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

May 10

Jennifer N. Tobin, 32, of Warrensville, was charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance. Tobin was released May 11 under a $2,000 secured bond and a $2,500 secured bond.

Jeronimo C. Velazquez, 54, of West Jefferson, was charged with driving while impaired. Velazquez was released May 10 under a written promise.

May 11

Scotty L. Severt, 40, of Jefferson, was charged with driving while license revoked. Severt was released May 11 under a $1,000 secured bond.

Dale P. Yeoman, 31, of West Jefferson, was charged with cyberstalking. Yeoman was released May 11 under a $500 secured bond.

May 13

Jonathan W. Brown, 42, of McGrady, was charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. Brown was released May 13 under a $3,500 secured bond.

Alberto Hernandez, 36, of West Jefferson, was charged with driving while impaired. Hernandez was released May 13 under a $500 secured bond.

April L. Isenhour, 46, of White Top, Va., was charged with a probation violation. Isenhour was released May 13 under a $7,500 secured bond.

Nathan L. Moxley, 38, of Roaring River, was charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Moxley was released May 13 under a $3,500 secured bond.

Danny K. Osborne, 50, of West Jefferson, was charged with assault on a female and communicating threats. Osborne was released May 13 under a $1,000 unsecured bond.

May 14

Jordan B. Bingham, 28, of Jefferson, was charged with possession of five counterfeit instruments, forgery of instrument and uttering a forged instrument. Bigham is being held at the Ashe County Detention Center under a $15,000 secured bond and a $25,000 secured bond.

Cody A. Treadway, 22, of Lansing, was charged with driving while impaired and open container after consuming alcohol. Treadway was released May 15 under a written promise.

May 17

Grayson C. Miller, 20, of Lansing, was charged with driving while impaired, driving while license revoked and driving after consuming under the age of 21. Miller was released May 17 under a custody release.
